In 2024, Riverside County Department of Animal Services (RCDAS) and Animal Friends of the Valleys (AFV) reported a combine total of over 27 000 dogs within their shelter system over the course of the year [RCDAS Statistics, AFV Statistics] . For those 27 000+ dogs in our county, it’s critically important to have their behavior assessed, managed, and modified for their emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether that’s during their stay in the shelter system, while in rescues, or once they get home, that’s where Project Pawsible can help.
